Hmm...I think it was this formula: Kraft Macaroni & Cheese + bread & butter = mac & cheese sandwiches. biggrin

Several times I ate spaghetti with ketchup as the sauce because I had run out of money to buy any more groceries...I was in college at the time. Yes, it was gross ! barf

I went for 3 years eating nothing but chili sauce toasted sandwiches or boiled rice with soy sauce or salad dressing for dinner while I was a poor student who could not cook to save my life. I will still have it now if I'm feeling nostalgic. sigh

Yeah, I've eaten popcorn for dinner before too. lol

Last night I had beer, some sour lemon sweets, a couple of slices of peanut butter on toast and then finally a pot noodle type pasta thing with two cheese slices melted in it. Not all at the same time of course. Just during the evening while drinking beer.

I just use fresh bread. It never occurred to me to toast the bread, though.

She's a character for Little Britain:

"Marjorie Dawes runs the 'Fat Fighters' club. However she doesn't see her own large frame as being over weight, in fact she insists she is her "target weight"

Quotes from Marjorie Dawes

"And because it's half the calories... ...you can eat twice as much"

"Dust... anyone... no? Dust..."
