It'z actually an interesting question on a sociological point of view, yeah? I mean if you think about it, one could raise the same question offline, as they would online over here on the org.

Does Information Society change us as complex creaturez that roam the earth? Emotionally? No...look at this site, there are emotions everywhere- so indeed if we all want to get along we gotta find somethingz in common to make thingz harmonious- otherwise we'd spend our time flaming one another. The one thing however i guess, which indicates a fine line is offline you can indicate tone-of-voice which will display that you are simply sharing a point of view, rather than coming down harshly on someone for thinking differently. And other timez the tone can be so blatantly obvious on screen as it is to hear it that our reactionz are adhering to what idea has been expressed in itz absolute most 'truest' form. I put inverted commas on truest, reffering to offline status ofcourse

I think all in all it kinda equates to us all being human and wanting to relate to eachother- and doing just that it isn't necessarily done to please ppl, but more rather to relate. And ofcourse we can dissagree on thingz- thats perfectly okay and healthy. Just so long as it all doens't go haywire I guess!!

I can only speak for myself, but I don't think I've ever put up a front here on the org, and it occassionally confuses or pisses off even usual comrades.

Now I've allowed others to run amuck with their own erroneously drawn assumptions about me (the funniest one as recent as today). But I'm not one to necessarily destroy the colorful pictures people like to paint, or always take up arms to champion my point of view. It's just a waste of energy.

Besides, bloodletting should be reserved for P&R.
