Funny story, actually.... I bought it online at bestbuy.com and planned on picking it up at my local store. It ended up being $205 with tax and everything. So, I go to pick it up and as I'm walking out the door, the lady who checks receipts was like "wait - did you get the usb cable?" and I said that I didn't... well, apparently printers don't come with cables these days (for the most part) and that's why the price is suspiciously low! So, I had to go buy a USB cable PLUS apparently the print cartridges in the box aren't FULL cartridges so I had to buy some more of those! THEN, I convinced myself to buy some photo paper... so, after those things, I added another $150 to my bill!!! DOH!!!

The good thing about this printer, however, is that all of the colored inks are separate, as opposed to having a black cartridge and a multi-color cartridge. So, I have a blue, a yellow, a red, and two blacks (I guess one black is for photo printing or something and the other is for basic text?)... so, instead of having to replace one color cartridge, I only need to replace them as each one runs out...

Anyways, I did both a black and white print that I took and a color print that my friend took and the quality is AMAZING! Seriously perfect quality! I used glossy photo paper and the prints were exactly what I would expect from a professional photo place.... I was amazed..

So, overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. I think it'll be great for regular text prints and perfect for the occasional photo print. DOOK gives it two thumbs up! smile
