Most of these are SO funny.  Wanna hear mine??
My dad told me that when he was younger, in his later teens, he and his freind thought that the song chorus they heard back then "controversy" sounded like "Contra-P*ssy" and I just died laughing when he told me this.
Another song, (from Blondie) "Heart of Glass" I thought she said in her chorus "My love will never last". Why is it SO hard to hear a word or two in a song sometimes?? [Edited 4/3/06 11:08am] |

On "Pheremone":
If you look real close I even got your body too! (instead of 'garden tool') And I'm runnin' black (instead of 'round the back') Cuz curiosity it knows no shame And I have absolutely no idea what runnin' black means, but Prince is hard to understand sometimes. 
I like my lyrics better. On "Uptown": She's just a victim of society Gone astray (or alternately) On the streets On "Sister": I thought he sang, "Oh motherfucker, she's a brotherfucker don't you understand?" Like that one better, too. Usually misheard lyrics are better or at least more fun. | |
