Increasing your daily intake of water will help ALOT. But it will get worse before it gets better, because it is flushing all the toxins out of your skin. Proactive hasnt ever really worked for anyone I know, get something with salynic acid in it.

The best product I have found is the bioelements acne line, expensive but worth every drop. IT will help not only with the acne, but also with evening out your skin tone. But again as I said it will get worse before it gets better.

Regular facials will help it also. as long as there arent any pustules you should be fine.
