I'm wearing black Banana Republic loafers today. They're fine. neutral

It kinda sucks, 'cause I love really cute shoes, but so often really cute shoes aren't that comfortable, and I walk to work. It's not THAT far. . . 8 blocks? 10 blocks? . . . but it's partly uphill, and further than I care to walk in 3" heels.
