I've got a 4 page spread set up like that right now to see how it prints...

Okay it prints page 1 as the cover, 2 & 3 as the middle and 4 as the back. But now I need page 2 to be on the back of page 1 hmmm I'm workin' on it smile

That's what I meant by the 5.5 x 8.5 booklet nod so the 8.5 would be the height and the fold would be in the middle of the 11. You need to change the page size to 5.5 x 8.5 for this option in booklet, then it will give you the gist of how it will print in the little picture on the right.

oh, sorry.

it was already set to that i just didn't look closely. it shows it the way i want it in the box.

sweet...now if I can find the print odd, and print even option we're in business woot!

Okay...the page set up I think is perfect.

Click "Print" and then click the "Properties..." button and see if there is an option for 2 sided printing, booklet. (Granted my work one has this because it can suck a page back in to be printed on both sides, not sure about other printers)

Setting it up that way works perfect on mine...now lets hope like hell you have a similar option smile

When you go to print does the box give you the option to select the pages you want to print? I know Quark and PageMaker do.

yes. will do all, page _ to _, or this page only

Ok...have you arranged your document in a printer's spread? Meaning, did you set it up like this?

Say it's a six page document:

page 6 page 1

page 2 page 5

page 3 page 4
