But I was in Lowes (hardware store) earlier today and I found the grill which I am going to buy later on for the summer!

Really? What type is it? I am one of them Grill buying people too.

I always want to get something really good, but I always end up getting something that is less of a comitment.

I don't remember the brand...but it was gas (obviously), it had enamel-coated slotted grills, and a side burner. $169.99
thumbs up!

Gas Obviously? Because of the price?

I for one am a big fan of chacoal. If I wanted to cook with gass, I would just do it in the kitchen.

No, actually, it is still diffrent cooking with gass grill, but nothing seems to be what can be done with coals.

No really, my grill is fucked up. I have to buy a new one. I want to keep it up on the balcony and make burgers but the Thais will probably want us to share it and eat Thai food. rolleyes

nod It really does taste better with charcoal.Gas grills are ok, but you don't get the char flavor and you can actually taste the propane a little bit.

Wow. The only person I know who refuses to cook with a gas grill is my mom...because she's afraid that the tank will explode.
shrug
However - Lowes DID have an AWESOME charcoal grill with a smoker attached to the side. I think that it was about $120.00

I have had my turn with "smoking" meats. I love it. It's slow. The meat comes out so tasty. My wife however doesn't dig the smoked meats. She can't even stand it when I use a handful of wood chips on the coals.

What ever the case, I am a firm believer in the grilling with charcoal.
