or any online transaction place for that matter....

I use Amazon every now and then.. and someone was able to steal my information and place a $600 order on my credit card.. without amazon nor I knowing about it.. I see it on my transaction sheet.. mad

Luckily the bank took care of it for me.. but its scary when it happens... neutral

someone sent my dad a fake paypal email. It looked legit, and said "u must change ur account password", so he did , then "whats ur credit card no?" For a over 50 year old guy, my dad was no fool. He sussed it out then.

This is what happens when you only uses a couple of pass words.

NOT THAT I AM SUDGESTING THAT THE ORG WOULD DO SUCH A THING AND I AM ONLY USING IT AS AN EXAMPLE BELOW!!!

For example if you use the same password at Amazon and Prince.Org, or any website, the people who could view your user info at the Org would then have your password for much of your online identity.

It is best to have a password for every account you start anywhere on the internet. If you are unable to recall the passwords by memory then you write them down in a little notebook that you can keep beside your computer.

A year ago,I bid on an item and I lost the auction
A person claiming to be the seller sent me a second chance email to purchase the item. He asked for my credit number and told me to send the payment pronto! I asked him for his phone number to discuss the item,he said he was deaf confused

So I emailed the original buyer and they knew nothing of it. I was so mad, good thing I didnt give in.

YOU should NEVER respond by putting your passwords in through an email sent to your email account. If you fear that there is some reality to an email you got at your email account, for example a Paypal type email, you should open a new window and log onto paypal directly. If there was any reality to an email sent to you, there you would be able to see the info.
