does that mean i wont b able 2 learn 2 speak chinese?

No, not necessarily. It means you have to be better at guessing which word the other person means. Many chinese speak with incorrect tones or mess up say "chin" for "jin".

My Singing Teacher told me most "tone deaf" cases were nonexistant.
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
