i'm having a love affair... with a coffee machine at my new job is the most wonderful invention in the histry of time.
the flavia coffee machine 
you just take one of these little lovlies... 
pop it in the machine, and within seconds... fresh coffee. the best thing is, it even makes complicated coffee drinks! cappachino, chocachino, all kinds of other. instead of just one packet, you insert the cream pack, which it steams, then opens it's cute little jaw for the second pack, drop an expresso pack in... cappachino! i didnt even drink coffee verymuch in the past... now, i find myself at home resenting the apartment for not having a flavia machine [Edited 3/23/06 6:29am] Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely. - Lord Acton | |

i had a drink from one of these last week.. My car was in at the dealers and I was waiting for it to be ready so had a play with it.
Was nice coffee but i had to ask for help on how to work it  | |

Does it have caramel?
I LOVE coffee with caramel 
We don`t have these packages here, only a nescafe "favourite mix pack", with only one small pack of caramel  | |

Ok...that was posted at 9:44 am (EST) GO! it's about 15 feet to the machine, and i had to pour a little out and alk slow, cause it is hot and the machine always fills to the brim. so probably about a minute and a half or so Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely. - Lord Acton | |

They have those Flavia coffee machines in the meeting rooms at my workplace. In my office, they just have regular vending machines dispensing free Nescafe instant...
The Flavia machine does make really, really nice coffee but it seems very enviromentally unfriendly. Each pouch is foil-lined and the "straw"-type thing at the top of the pouch is made out really rigid plastic which looks like it would take six billion years to rot away. It is sort of nice though when the pouch pops and you can smell the fresh coffee. | |
