When I turned 14 I just let my self go. I figured whats the point? Its all down hill from here. So I ate my way through most of my life. Now Im 45 and weight in at 400lbs. I like weighing this much cause I get the best of both worlds on the sex tip, I take what ever I can get....that may even mean my cat. A little tuna jucie and its ON!

Hey, the body's like a car. You don't maintain it, it turns to sh!t. Unfortunately, there's no magic pill - keeping in shape requires hard work, sweat, sacrifice, pain and changing one's eating habits. It has to be done, and the rewards are great. I rarely get sick, and it feels good when folks tell me I look way younger than 45. I allow myself one day a week for BK(or pizza), and that's it. For motivation, I keep my old driver's license in my wallet to remind me NEVER to be fat again. I agree, the body needs to be maintained, and there is no diet magic pill that will make the weight come off. I watch what I eat all the time too, and exercise as much as possible. I'm 43, and people also tell me that I look much younger (I get mistaken for being about 10 years younger than my actual age, which I don't mind at all. In fact, I enjoy the compliment.) RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

It's crazy because even after taht long stint I gained weight, although not a whole heap but for me it's a lot. So my mom talked to my aunt Cindy and my cousin Leith who is the same age and height as me and 10 pounds lighter on graduation went to visit her. She told my mom she did not recognize her own son. I was thinkin how much weight he must have gained. My mom said my aunt said he weighed 85 or 90 pounds I like the way I look right now 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

My weight-challenged friends always ask me how I've stayed with it for so long. For me, going to the gym and eating better has to be a lifestyle change. You have to make it part of your daily routine, and do it without thinking about it. If you look at exercise as a chore, you're doomed to failure.
