I can't recall ever trying a cheese that I didn't like. Never could try Limberger though. Can't get it past my nose even when I'm drinking.
My Dad used to bring home blocks of cheese from Canada,Black Diamond cheddar and something called rat cheese. so good.


Oh yeah, government cheese was yummy.
