adaware is the best
You can try a free product called "Spybot" search and destroy. It's pretty good. But Adaware (about 20 bucks) is the best. Run them everyday. You'll be amazed at what they catch each day. | |

http://www.spybot.com/en/...index.html I used to use it all the time. I works really nicely. It may require you to reboot your system, and if you use KaZaa or LimeWire it could disable them becuase of the spyware those clients install. | |

NORTON is the worse, i deleted that straight away when i got my new pc, the best spyware protection U can get is "Microsoft defender" its fantastic and very fast for scanning, and if U want to get rid of viruses, get "avg anti virus protector" all of these are free!
