for lunch i had seasoned broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast and a spinach leaf/romaine lettuce salad. the chicken was frozen from the store. confused

but for supper i'm making marinated butterflied chicken breast, baked potatoes, and asparagus. biggrin all home made. cool

What the heck is butterflied chicken? I'm a vegetarian. . . I get confused. . . lol

I never eat anything home made anymore. Really. Almost never.

well, butterflied is the method it's cooked. cut it almost all the way length wise, and open it, like a butterfly. lol

i'm marinating it in a basil, tomatoe, olive oil dressing, and threw in some orange halves for the heck of it. another thing i LOVE to cook is orange curry chicken breast. SOOO easy. and DELICIOUS!!

Garlic bread,Irish Cream coffee, Beacon tea, and some Pepperidge farm chocolate cake. I swear I could eat garlic bread everyday. smile
