I posted something similar a few months ago.

I think that a little girl had decided to "visit" us because strange things were happening left and right. (I think it was a little girl because once I saw what I thought was my daughter going up the stairs to her room...but she was actually downstairs...so I walked up to see who was up there and it was empty (and cold) of course).

Anyway...the "weirdness" lasted for about a month. I don't know if she "left" or if she's just dormant. They say that when you do housework (painting walls, hammering, etc.) you can "awaken" spirits that reside on your home...so when the wife and I start painting next weekend, we'll see if she really left!

Yes...my daughter (at the age of 2) saw the spirit of her just-deceased great-grandfather.

You get used to it.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

many times, my son, when he just started to talk would call me into his room after he went to bed and point to the end of his cot and said "sick girl in the corner" or he could have been saying cuna (sp? cot in spanish) eek it freaked me out

It depends upon the haunting.

You know you can always call
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

OK, update everyoen. (I would have put update in the thread title, but I don't know how.)
I was in New york for 3 days and to back Sunday night. When I went upstairs to go to sleep. - remember these things always happen just as I'm going to sleep -
I was laying on my side and my little ghost buddy mad gently shook the bed. It's like it wanted to remind me - I'm still here even though you weren't. I'm getting terrified to go to sleep now and I'm even more petrified of saying something to this being. neutral

I've been trying to get the courage to do what you said, Mach, but I chicken out everytime. And also, I'm pretty busy so the only time I might have to do it is late at night when I got to bed. I sleep with my TV on now because I can't bear the thought of going to sleep in total darkness like I used to. And last night, my dog was staring straight ahead of him (nothing was there) growling. eek

nod the dog can see the spirit.
Don't be scared. Ignore it and hopefully it'll go away or become dormant.
When I was younger, my mom was convinced that there was a spirit in the house, who would occassionally brush up against her and stuff. She spent many, many sleepless night (like yourself). One day she had had enough, so she starting yelling aloud at the ghost and really let him HAVE IT! Told him to get out and leave her the f*ck alone. That night she felt someone punch her in the back...but that was the end of the visitations.
Otherwise, if it becomes unbearable, get a Priest in there to bless the home.
