Can anyone recommend a good media player that can update your files tags, preferrably more than one at a time, and change the filename to suit the tag info? Real Player sucks way too much power, WM player is evil and Winamp just doesn't have the features. Would be much appreciated, my 4000 songs are getting way to annoying to continually rename and organize.

why do you have to keep renaming your files?

There are several utilities that can batch rename files, if that helps any.

there really isn't any. I was wondering this myself. But there is nothing yet that really organizes them well and allows you to changes stuff on the fly. My biggest issue is when I move music from one folder to the next...itunes never follows it.

Nothing I've ever tried matches iTunes (and I tried a lot of programs before setteling). I use to manage nearly 9000 tracks, but I don't need that much control over what the actual file is named, once it gets into the iTunes database, I really couldn't care less what the computer calls it, I do all my tagging/renaming/etc through the interface.
