the women's world championships are on and the usa (who don't often get as far as the finals)
just kicked sweden (the olympic gold medalists!) in the early part of the game!!
should be interesting... go watch it!

the american's just said "eh?"

i should be watching the canadian men's championships in person but i'm here watching it on tv...

I work in a command center environment, and during the olympics, the people who had control of the remote made sure none of us missed a single second of curling - including the replays!

Curling has it's popularity here too. I think all of the US olympic curlers ( ) were from Minnesota. Actually, over a third of the US winter Olympic team was from here. lol.

for those of you just waiting on the edge of your seat... quebec leads ontario 5-4 at the halfway point of the men's final... but ontario has the momentum and is favored to win... we shall see how the rest of the game goes
