I'll trade you my car for yours 
Really nice car... has a cd player too.. Just don't look at the backseat..that's not my four year old's breakfest...should take about a week and the smell will be gone.. Don't worry!! 
 why did she have to get sick... I'm never gonna get it cleaned

My little boy puked in the car a couple weeks before the temperature plummeted for the winter, which is about when the smell went away. I was reminded of it last month when it warmed up and the smell came back.... -->> This Space 4 Rent <<--
