What type of Grade was that?

I was in college taking a writing class. The class consisted of 3 paper grades. The first Graded paper I had slacked on, I ended up with a B-. I wanted to bring up my grade, so I busted my ass on the second paper. I wanted to shoot for an A or A- to bring the B- up to a high B so I could float the rest of the class. When the paper got back to me, I was so eager to see the grade, because I knew I had worked harder on the paper. I turned to the back page quickly, and there I seen a "B + +". What the hell is that? If you have a B+ and you ad to that, shouldn't it have been an A- at least?
News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so.
You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

i took a writing class in college and it was a load of shit. the professor was a snob who took forever to give us our papers back and didn't give us a letter gade ever but instead wrote in a strange shorthand on the back and we were suppose to figure out our grade from that. we found out our real grades at the end of the course. i got a C and it pissed me off. my senior year i heard that they didn't offer him tenure and he was leaving.

that's what happens to teachers who give silly grades. nod
