Hmmm... "yuppie"... Young Urban Professional. Well, I turn 28 this weekend, and that's generally considered young. I live in the most densely-populated neighborhood of a major U.S. city, and there's no doubt that I live an urban lifestyle. Probably so. In retrospect, the whole thing was sorta like the film Super Size Me. I've even got the medical records to show objectively that I'm in better health now that I've introduced some animal products back into my diet. For example, my cholesterol has actually dropped, and my blood pressure has gone from "very good" to "excellent."
