2 part question... I don't want to get too specific here...but I work with a lousy co-worker.
Drama queen central...HELLO? Why do you HAVE to leave work early twice a week??? Always in the bosses ear about shit. Always starting drama for others...you know the type, will be best buds with the boss, then talk about him behind his back...FAKE, FAKE, FAKE... Trust me, EVERYbody despises this chick... Question: Would it be un-cool if HR were to get an anonymous tip about her laced pot-smoking ways on company time? This bitch is half-fallin' down high while doing sensitive data entry work. Part 2: How many people in HR are druggies also? Dayum, this shit ain't gettin' us nowhere. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

I agree. If her behavior is affecting her work, which in turn affects YOU (and she's doing drugs AT HER JOB to boot!), then I'd report her. And I wouldn't feel bad about it either. If she doesn't care enough about her job, or about her fellow co-workers and how her behavior affects them, to be professional at work and do her best, then maybe she should get out and let somebody who really wants and needs a job have an opportunity at employment. | |
