Way to go but in my experience it will work better if you stop counting and do your best not to think about it all the time.

Got scary when I couldn't breath in as deep as I used too U know, i'm a saxaphone player from way back....and I picked up my horn again today and was able to play for about 10 minutes without being outta breath.. I soo happy | |
