Stax said: I kind of liked Austin because the real worlders were always having run-ins with the real world. The cast members would be walking down the street and people would drive by and yell insults at them all the time. I guess there were similar instances in other seasons, but it seemed to be common in Austin.
Yeah, I was thinking that too, wondering why the strangers hurling insults at the Real World housemates was not addressed before the Austin season? Surely it must have happened all the time. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I missed the early seasons of the "Real World"; didn't actually start watching the show until New Orleans, when I happened to stumble upon the show one day while channel surfing. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I used to call him "Fuck" because he was so damn annoying and rude all the time. Never saw the season with Tami on it, but I'm guessing that she was a real piece of work too. RIP, mom. Yeah, they'll never do a "Real World" season here in Cleveland either (can't say that I blame them either, quite honestly!). But I read an article in the local paper here recently where someone is trying to have a seaon of "The Real World" taped here. Good luck with that, buddy, you're going to need it. I don't think too many people would want to come here now, with the way this city has gone down the tubes. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

On Girlfriends last night, they were trying to get into this club and this fight broke out and Joan said "SEE!?!? This is why they'll never be an all black real world!!" RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

In the beginning of the show, they always start off by staying, "This is a TRUE story". But you gotta wonder just how "true" it all really is. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I suspect they've been playing up for the Camera since the original Real World New York. I knew Julie Oliver. She used to make fun of my sister for being ethnic in the 9th grade. At least until my sister threatenner her with her life. She also sat in my french class, and though our relationship was cordial and we were polite to each other, she was nothing like what you saw on MTV. I mean, nothing. I watched a few episodes when I saw her and was laughing my ass off. Not to sound silly, but which season of RW was Julie Oliver on? Was she the same Julie as the one on the San Fran season? RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

dewalliz said: I used to watch it a lot too until around 1998. And then I started watched it again a couple years ago because of the New York cast like Cora and Nicole and Malik were interested to watch.
Yall remember Puck? That is one crazy mutha fucker, but he was interested to watch. The only time I ever cried watching RW was seeing Pedro suffered from AIDs and then died from them. That's some sad shit. I also like Heather B and I even got her song All Glocks Down. Her and Eric was interested to watch and they had some friendship problems but I think they are cool to this day. [Edited 3/12/06 8:37am] I didn't like Coral, she was a bitch. And who could forget Puck? Hey, now that I think about it, Coral and Puck might make a nice couple. The thing that was funny about Nicole was when she was with the guy she really liked, and she got drunk. They showed her puking into a trash can and again when she was back at the house (right in front of the guy). I'll never forget when Coral gave Nicole a breath freshener so that Nicole could kiss her boyfriend and not have "puke breath". RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
