Most of the times make-up has a good 'taste' to it.....

Only thing that I get in my mouth while kissing is a little lipstick. Maybe my wife doesn't have that much on or what not. I will have her wipe off the lipsticky part if we are going somewhere with kissing. Else then that It's just a peck and wipe off the lip glew.
