PLEASE HELP ME!

i downloaded the "switch" program. i have a mac and i'm trying to convert some .wma music so i can put them on my ipod. the switch progam is not working bawl
it keeps saying ERROR: cannot open files..... check it exists an you have read access. wtf?



please help me are there any more options? pout

i'm going to bed. i cant stay up any longer but i know this is gonna be on my mind when i wake up!
