I need some tech help...I want to convert Madonna's Koko Show to mp3, but the files at aol are in .mov format. How do I do this?

There's a great little program that's free called "Video to MP3 Converter" - Google it because I can't remember where I found it, I'm afraid.

If you have any kind of video editing software, you should be able to import the movie file, and export only the audio track.

I've done it before with Adobe Premiere Pro.

or just put it into iTunes. it should convert.
