I have seen that video before.
I would love to learn more about what the hell is really going on. Someone is recording, so something must be going on. Maybe it was part of a film or something. He keeps speaking in some seemingly made up language or it could be duch. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.

ok, now i'm desperately seeking any orger that speaks german. i distinctly heard "vas es das" but that's all i understood.
and then about halfway through when he starts laughing maniacally . . . yeah, that's just creepy. 
oh, but then, he starts frantically searching for the escape key after demolishing his keyboard!!!
man, this video takes you through all the emotions!!  i think it should have won an oscar.
