I don't like Salma's dress all that much. Sure she's gorgeous, but it's just too shiny and satiny.
And she looks as though she can't move an inch, otherwise she'll spill out of it.Fit her like a glove, I stand by it 
Jennifer Lopez's dress is just, blah. I love the design and fabric, but that color! It's just too much of that color from head to toe. And her hair is boring to me. She always seems to wear that severe, librarian, pulled back style for formal events, and I'm over it.
 I feel like her style has not moved forward over the years.I can get w/ you about the hair - I think it works for the dress, didn't bug me at all, but she could have done something more with it too 
I think the color is wonderful - love it, love it, love it! 
Charlize's dress would be at the bottom of the barrel for me!
 What the hell is going on there! It's way too much going on and it looks ill-fitting. But at least she's not orange like someone on here already said. 
I think Uma looks amazing here, and she's usually hit-or-miss at these things.

Ooooookay... now I see what you guys are talking about  It's the seam up that one side that needs to be let out a bit to hold the natural shape of her boob as opposed to smashing it.

You know what's funny guys? When I looked @ MSN today, they were ALL OVER Kiera Knightly's dress (which I thought was just overdone to death) but there was barely a mention of Salma's!!! 
I stand by my choices I could have put Uma higher on the list, she really did look great.
I LOVE the color of Jennifer Lopez' dress  Red would have been so predictable, the green is wonderful!
The only thing wrong w/ Charlize was her hair IMO, I still love her look - it's big & glamorous & you know she's at an EVENT...  Girl...I am telling you...I look more forward to your fashion reviews than anyone elses! You need your own column! | |

God I just noticed (as I look at more pics) that Charlize's dress color is just HORRID! It's like a bridesmaid's dress from the early 90s or something.  Sorry, still don't agree with you. The shoes are killer though.
Another early 90s bridemaid's dress color was Keira Knightley's dress. Ugg. Her hair color looks almost green to me and her eyebrows are WAY too dark for her hair. I love her smoky eyes though. It just looks all wrong put together like that though.
Helena Bonham Carter is actually growing on me though. She really DOES look as though she came drunk from a party. I actually sort of like her hair, and check out how mismatched her handbag and shoes are w/ the dress. She was at the Cream concert I went to in London w/ Tim Burton and she looked just as disheveled there too. There were SO MANY dead on gorgeous dresses this year. Jennifer Lopez Salma Uma Keira (I liked it) Jessica Alba I was just going "WOW" all evening! One's for me that were disappointing to me Charlize Theron Hilary Swank Reese Witherspoon (I wish she'd get off the vintage kick) I loved the show. Days later I'm still thinking about it. (Maybe I just need a life )
