like, if you keep seeing the same thing play over and over in your mind out of the blue.... do you pay attention to it ?



its a tornado.... i can see the homes around me torn up and destroyed, i see babies crying... papers flying... animals running around. its a sight that makes me so sad and afraid, it keeps going through my mind for no apparent reason

I don't put much stock in things like that.

And all you can do is be prepared. Think about and plan for what you might do if in that situation.

moving out of tornado alley might help eliminate those.
