A friend and I went to Flat Rock Park (pics)... We came inbetween visiting hours and walked 2.5 miles. I took a bunch of pics. Was a much needed change of scenery and today was beautiful!

It seems that you are at crossroads of intensity in your life! I've been in the hospital 2 times through the ER, years ago, but something in my mind changed, and now I am medicine free and healthy. Doctors know so little of what is really going on when some things happen.
