Fine... next time you visit my place, no music for you. Oh, and at least my machine doesn't turn itself off randomly without warning. [Edited 3/7/06 12:20pm] Please note: effective March 21, 2010, I've stepped down from my prince.org Moderator position. |

I'm hoping that when it comes time to replace my current machine, the following will be true:
This is the conclusion I came to. I think I'm going to be able to get a new iBook G4 for relatively cheap (some discounts and kick-backs) and I do need to upgrade immediately! I need Office most of all - so the iBook will do me for a year or two until the MacBook has all those bugs ironed out. VOTE....EARLY

In my experience, that's usually due to hardware that is not properly configured or a piece of crap power supply that can't handle the power requirements of the system. Windows is rebooting the system to prevent any or further damage. This feature can also be turned OFF.

My power cord on my SONY VIO PC is worn out and does not fit in the hole tightly....I really need to buy a new one...but my lazy ghetto ass keeps putiing it off...so it will go to battery power only and I won't notice then it dies. It was a shot at my wonderful XP running machine. [Edited 3/8/06 16:31pm]
