Well you know, it has that "broader twang" to it. I just couldn't find a good word to describe it. lol

i've heard other say that American children are more whiny than other children. I have no idea because I'm an American so I can't really hear an American accent but i can tell a fake American accent when i hear one. those are hedious sounding.

Personally, I find American Southern accents to be very unappealing. Talk about twang and whiny. other than that I have no complaints. I love all kinds of English equally.

my kid is learning to read at the moment and I am boggled by all these one-off rules he will have to learn rolleyes spanish he would've learned already by now!
