Jessica Alba is on the cover of an upcoming issue of Playboy. She did not agree to be on the cover. It's part of a story in the mag of 25 sexiest Stars.

Playboy got the picture from the company she made "Deep Blue" with and told them it would be featured inside the mag with the 25 sexiest story, but instead put it on the cover.


Jessica Alba is threatening to sue.


What do ya'll think?

I'm gonna sue someone if I don't see her naked chest, that much I do know.

Jessica Alba Captain...hmmm, has a nice ring to it.

15 minutes with the Captain and she won't sweat stuff like this.

She does not "give up the goods" in the magazine. Playboy just used her picture on the cover.

She didn't negotiate with them or agree to it.

I can't get involved in this, sorry. I'm still noodling out the intricacies of the Keira Knightly Scarlett Johannson Vanity Fair cover debate.
