I missed it too, but they just had the rerun on this week and I happened to catch it. That woman was Chock Full O'Nuts. When she freaked out at the end, I imagined that's what it would look like if someone was really, truly possessed. I felt bad for both the granddaughter & the younger teen-aged daughter having to live with that nutjob.

Whew! I tried again, and finally managed to watch it...

What is up with use of the phrase "dark-sided?" Sounds kind of Star Wars.

And it's sad that her whole family seems to be terrified of her... They have much to deal with, it seems. They most obviously walk on eggshells around her, 24/7.
