The Captain wants to know: have you hugged someone today? A family member. A significant other. Your family pet. If not, why not? You should hug someone every day without fail.

Now when I say hug, I mean a genuine, loving hug. I don't mean the quick "pound" that most straight dudes give each other because they are afraid of being photographed in an embrace with another man. And I don't mean the "grinding" hug that my ladies usually give me---a hug that begins innocently enough but leads quickly to intense nether region grinding.
