but i have a headache i'm not used to messed up sleep For nights I really have trouble sleeping, I take a hot bath with lavendar oil, drink either chamomile tea (natural sedative) or a relaxing blend tea (that has chamomile, strawberry, catnip, and some other things) and read a little while in my bed. I guess since I'm reading while tucked in and all, I'm almost in the position to fall right to sleep. Sometimes I have a light fragrance incense going too. That and some Sade. Heiress said: NDRU said: That sounds more natural & simple, but I wonder if the lavender is heavy enough. The slight pressure on the eyes is a key to the eye pillow's effect of relaxing the eyes. I think I have buckwheat that was treated with lavender oil. My girlfriend's has other essential oils as well. But maybe mine is just lavender heads after all, I'm not sure. You need not actually lay your head on it... after all, would take a whole lot of lavendar heads to stuff a whole bit pillow, wouldn't it? A small "roll" type pillow, somewhere next to your head so that you can breathe the scent all night, is good enough. Jasmine essential oil is good for sleep too. It's really expensive, though. Right, mine is a small roll type pillow that you lay over your eyes. In addition to the scented oil, the slight pressure relaxes your eyes (not to mention makes it seem darker in the room). That's a good idea to leave it near your head, though, as I can't really sleep on my back for long. My Legacy

Well, I tried it out last night and I had such a good night's sleep that I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. Also, I didn't wake up grouchy. Thanks! Glad the jasmine worked for you.

Well,,,what i would suggest is a wee drink at bedtime. Maybe bailys.
I swear by "memory foam"..I have a contoured memory foam pillow & mattress topper..LOVE IT!~!!! Also put some soft new sheets on yer bed,,make it so nice you wont want to get out of. The tea is a good idea,,you can get tea JUST to help you sleep,,,i found some at wal-mart called "sleepy-time" tea~~~
