if someone TRULY did me wrong, i don't do a damn thing. karma has its own way of settling the score, and when i hear about the person's comeuppance, i just kinda enjoy a private little smile and then i go on with my life.

so, i went to the paint store to buy some paint. this guy there was like ALL OVER me.... wanting to talk, lets get together, can i take you out to dinner, this type of thing.

now, normally i would have just said forget it, but this day i was in a playful mood, so i figured what the hell....

things were great.. what a nice guy he was... we had a lot of fun hanging out for a few days... he promised my son those gecko's that jake wanted, he had a friend that is getting rid of his, so he thought jake would like to have them.... but THEN...


he decided he wanted some sex... i explained that it would take more than the 4 or 5 days i had known of him to feel like jumping in the sack with him

now the fucker doesnt call anymore, wont answer his phone.. the one time i did speak with him though, he understood that making a promise to a child and then breaking it is not a cool thing to do

and for the record, since i dont trust men anyway, i typically dont let them become involved with my kids this soon, its just that he turned out to be one of the guys that was helping me move, so the kids met him then.... my mistake, i know.


so, whatever, i will buy the damn gecko's for my son... and he will be fine, but i still cant understand why a grown man would involve a child in his issues and THATS why im mad. as for me, i could really give a fuck if hes around or not to be honest

alright, so its all happened to us at one time or another... someone comes into our lives and messes us up for a moment - it happens, its a fact.

ok, you all will be very proud of me...

i took the high road..

i returned his things that he left here, some tools (they were quite expensive).... i didnt cuss, throw things at him, or even talk out of the way about things...

he came to get his things, and as i handed them over to him i simply stated that when i give MY word, it means something... and closed the door.

that was my way of saying what i needed to say, i felt a bit better about it after that... he will probably never change, and perhaps he treats all the women he comes in contact with this way, but at least i went out looking good and staying classy.


but damn if in my head i didnt have visions of hitting his dumbass over the head with the tools
