Since I didn't have a date I would like to know how yours went.

Was it really romantic or a total disaster? Any funny stories?

non-event. He rang at lunchtime and asked what should we do for valentines, and I said jokingly "that's not very romantic - aren't you going to surprise me?" so he starts to object and use that tired old "why should it be me that does anything?" and I reminded him of the flowers, card and chocolates and the he got last 3 years running and he goes oh yeah!
So we got some and takeaway and

aside from the orgnote-overflow ( ) I received an e-card from someone special which put a smile on my face.....met up with friends for dinner in town, was funny.....three guys in a bar on Valentines, talking tough.....had some good laughs!

Just another day.....

I called two of my best friends and chatted on the phone for a big chunk of the evening. Then I watched bad tv in bed (as was my plan).

I usually get a valentine in the mail from my mother, but she forgot to mail it.

My boyfriend is the sweetest guy...

We decided to just watch movies and cuddle in bed

We talked to each other on the phone several times yesterday because we were both working, and every time he'd answer the phone, he would say "Hi Valentine, or Hi Sweetheart, and then proceed to tell me how much he loved me.

He bought me a blue topaz(my favorite color) pendant and See's bordeaux candy, and I bought him a reclining leather sofa.

I got stood up! (But had fun at an art happening party with friends) And here was the emailed excuse this morning...

"first, I must address your photo valentine. actually, words do not describe! Bravo! I was in stitches. secondly you missed nothing last night except for the fight I almost wound up in with my extremely drunk gay friend who thought I was trying to steal his gay love interest. Um... ok. like I said VERY DRUNK. I, being sober was utterly embarrassed and wierded out by the whole thing. lets just say I was dragged outside the club and he threw off his jacket and spat on my feet. Then our mutual friends grabbed him and took him home where we tried to put him to bed. This took up th emajority of my night since the fight started about when we got there. Joy Joy fun fun. I am so tired today and really just fed up with his alchoholic tendencies. This will be fun to see him at work when he gets here. i will be awaiting my apology!

Valentines was some ill nana... I was at the crib chillin in da cut with my shorty...ya know...spittin dat game in her ear like "When you gon let me break you off....im trying to stretch that back out girl...wat up?" And she started pollitikin about romance and I ain't a piece of ass....I was like "Trick! You know I got mad love! You always talking that Bullllshit girl..." And she was like "I ain't no dime store ho! You need to be taking me out n shit..." I was like take you out? I dropped mad duckets on that KFC girl! That ain't Churches chicken that's KFC! Anyway she was trippin...But you know how ya boy do...I put that Billy D on her and dem drawers got dropped I smashed it like a Idaho potatoe...and went and marinated on da couch and watch the game...




Ok seriously....we ordered some food watched tv...I gave my girl a massage...she went to sleep, then to work and I watched the baby...
