MS Access - HELP!

I'm up against the gun on a project I'm working on. I'll explain, and perhaps one of you experts can assist me.

I have a client that's heavily involved in real estate. He buys, and fixes up. Sometimes he'll sell, or hold onto the property and rent them out.

Anyway, he has an existing database that has all the contractors he works with. Plumbers, electricians, dry wallers, etc. He has four women that work for him, and they each have to input contractors and their work orders each and every day. They have it set up like this. Processor 1 puts in her work orders, but processor's 2, 3 and 4 won't have access to it. It resides on processor 1's pc. This is the case for all of them. They can only view what they've inputted on their machine.

I configured a server, and want to re-create the database on the server, and grant them all access to it. This way no matter who inputs the work orders, they'll all be able to see and pull up that file from their individual workstation. I also need to go to each individual workstation and grab the data that they have, and dump it into the server's database.

I have a copy of the database to view, and am willing to pay $40.00 an hour to have this done, but it needs to be done by tomorrow morning no later than 8:00 a.m. cst time.

I have a paypal account, and this is how you'll get paid when the job is done. Only serious inquiries by pm please.

So they're using the identical forms? Just locally on their workstations?

The best way is to:

1) export their data in to a single table on their workstation.
2) Point all their local forms to that table(s).

It's not truly a distributed system, but it is central, and they can access the same data. This sounds relatively simple.

Are all the ladies in the same internal network behind the same firewall?

Yes, the IT guy they had created one huge mess, and the owner is not too friendly to these processors, and doesn't comprehend why they can't all access the same data.

I want to re-create an exact replica of the database on the server, copy over what they all have, and then make it so that they have access to it.
