Movies That Made No Sense... ...but you liked them anyway.
Name some... 1) Eraserhead: wtf was THAT about?? Was it a commentary on impending fatherhood??...On marriage?...On puffy-cheeked girls dancing on crunch sperm??...Whatever it was about, I found myself liking it...lol 2) Mulholland Drive: Ok, I finally ended up understanding what was happening throughout the movie...but while first watching it, I kept thinking something was going to happen to finally explain just what the hell was actually going on. Nope...lol...but I really liked watching it anyway. Figuring it out later made me like it even more. 3) 2001: A Space Odyssey: I got the "sense" of what it was about..kinda sorta. But the visuals and the whole Hal 2000 scene blew me away...along with the monolith just showing up everywhere. I now know what it's about...and again, knowing makes me go "Ohhhhh!!" and love it even more.

some movies you need be stoned to watch. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.
Bad News: Prince wasted too much quality time doing so. You have those internalized issues because you want to, you like to, stop.

Napoleon Dynamite. But I'll say this: The stupidity of that movie is brilliant. I didn't know what the plot was or what the hell was going on, but I sure laughed the whole way through it. One of Dansa's org hornies

When I rented this movie, I remember that when the two women were in the bedroom, I was thinking "If this were a perfect world, these two lovelies would start to get it on". When they actually did, I quickly called up my brother-in-law, "Mann...you gotta come over! I got the best movie ever!!

I guess you didn't read the books. If you had, you wouldn't expect the movie to make any sense at all. The Normal Whores Club

I didn't get it at all, and a bunch of my friends were like, "oh, you have to watch it at least two or three times, and then, BAM! You get it! David Lynch is a GENIUS!" Fuck that, dude. It confused me the first time, and I'm not trying to feel stupid twice in a row. It's been three years since I saw it and I still haven't had the desire to try it again. The Normal Whores Club

Memento? you know, there was some scientific report recently (I think it was on Yahoo news) that pointed out that we remember things in reverse.

alot of people hated it. I thought it was brilliant and im hardly a fan of Tom Cruise. Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

i remeber watching this on bootleg pay per view and falling asleep on it, but through the night i kept waking up on different parts of it 'cuz it aired repeatedly over a 24 hour period and then falling back to sleep. watching it like that made it even more surreal, because i took it in in a jumbled order on top of the movie being jumbled already. when i actually sat down and watched it all the way through, i was like damn. i loved it, though i still want to see the movie it was based on, supposedly it's better.

I loved Vanilla Sky. Once you figure out what's going on you realize what a great movie it is. I saw it a bunch of times and liked it more and more with each viewing.
