I am so annoyed by my client I want to swear! I can't do it out loud my kid is present,

actually either one of you can help - you use PCs not macs, right?
I have this twitty client in QLD (that explains it!) who does not know how to do a screen capture of her publisher file - she keeps emailing me the publisher file or a word file and the type is all over the place and the fonts default on my mac. She has done this design (she is a naturopath NOT a graphic designer  ) and wants me to duplicate it to send to print, since the printer does trade prices for graphic designers, not people off the street like HER. Anyway, she says she doesn't want to spend much on it, so I agree to a flat fee since I went to high school with her husband and he's a good friend. I do the damn thing and it looks terrific after I fixed it up. She says, "no prefer the original do it again" I'm like for $50 you can shove it up your arse!!
Anyway, how do you do a screen capture on a PC?  I need very simple instructions.  | |

Hit the print screen button open a program like paint select edit from toolbar from the pulldown menu click paste That's it! In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |
