This is err, completely random, but it's stuck in my head ever since I saw it years ago on TV - I think (almost certain) it was a stand-up show, and Eddie Murphy is saying "Y'ALL KNOW ME!!! Y'ALL KNOW MEEEE!" - I don't remember any other part of the show or joke, but I remember laughing my ass off at this.

I thought this might be as good a place as any to ask what stand-up show this was from and if it's available on DVD?






BTW, WTF happened to Eddie Murphy, I wouldn't see these shitty kids movies and UNFUNNY Hollywood cliche shit he's been churning out for FAR TOO LONG, I wouldn't see these if I was held at gunpoint - What happened, did he just get old and sell out/settle in to enjoy himself, or is there more to the story?..... I don't think it was SNL, it was a full comedy stand-up show (I think, almost certain).

In fact, I'm 100$ certain, they showed it on the Paramount Comedy Channel here in the UK. (Which BTW went through a period of showing 'Coming To America' at alarming and audience-insulting frequent intervals).
