There's this one Brother I see in every TV commercial

I really need to find his name. He's Black, in his 40's, short and chubby, Bald/Balding, he has a small beard/goatee. He's in a new H&R Block commercial.

I can't remember the countless other ad's, but does anyone have a clue, check out the new H&R Block commercial for this guy.

This has to be a conspiracy. cool
