I don't get it. In my vocabulary, parmesan is a strong cheese that is put in many Italian dishes, such as risotto.

Eggplants is a vegetable, veal and chicken are meat.

So how the hell do your turn cheese into meat or vegetables?

Or do you just mean grilled eggplant with parmesan and so on??

Show me pics please. Your kitchen is always confusing. sad

comfort

It's breaded eggplant, chicken or veal with parmesan cheese on top & sauce

I like chicken and eggplant but it cant be soggy eggplant. I dont make it soggy. It drives me nuts. I made chicken parmesan & pasta last night

Eggplant however is taister. If I didn't have such a meat love, maybe I would just like Eggplant better.

i try to avoid fried food, especially bread and fried.
I say it's a tie between chicken and eggplant.
However the eggplant must be FRESH and well seasoned.
