What's Your Favorite Parmesan: Chicken, Eggplant or Veal?

My favorite is eggplant parmesan, that stuff is sooo good. drool Don't like eggplant parmesan when it's soggy though, it's best when the sauce amd cheese is added after the eggplant is cooked. drool What about you?
RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

Chicken is good too, heart it. The only parmesan I'm not too thrilled over is veal, not much of a veal person I guess.

I remember when I was little, my mom used to fry breaded eggplant in oil, and just serve it plain with some side dishes. It was soooo damn good. drool

Yeah, but I can only get so much of that down their throats before they start rebelling. My sister lives in the country and grows enough zucchini to end world hunger. lol

wacky

I don't get it. In my vocabulary, parmesan is a strong cheese that is put in many Italian dishes, such as risotto.

Eggplants is a vegetable, veal and chicken are meat.

So how the hell do your turn cheese into meat or vegetables?

Or do you just mean grilled eggplant with parmesan and so on??

Show me pics please. Your kitchen is always confusing. sad
