How come all these courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS and others work so well and proficiently around the world, except for here in the this country????

We have some documents, which have 2 b sent 2 my husbands sister and her husband in Greeley, Colorado, USA, which they have 2 fill in and get notarized by a US Lawyer, as they are sponsoring us when we finally return back 2 the USA!! The US Embassy wont accept notarization for British Lawyers. Then these documents have 2 b sent back for us 2 send 2 the US Embassy then I will FINALLY get my Immigrant Visa at long last(It has taken forever for me b 2 get my visa for our return back 2 the USA, but thats another story!!)!!!

The thing is, DHL was supposed 2 have come 2 collect these documents this morning between 9 and midday, now I have just heard that it will b at least 3PM when they will finally arrive for this collection!!

I am speechless!!!!

They may have a special service. Call the customer service and talk to them. If you'arent happy ask for another offert in another company. Try TNT, I know TNT works good the world.
