Wedding Dress Dilemma

Is it a sign that I cant find a weeding dress I like ANYWHERE, a sign?

I have been looking for months.

Any suggestions?

difference between you and I is that you are artistic, and when I draw it looks like a stick figure on crack lol

Where are you looking?
What are you looking for?
If you have absolutely no ideas, start looking in bridal magazines to get some ideas of what you like. You don't have to pick out an exact dress, just start picking out little things, like do you like longer or shorter, what kind of waist, will it be more classic, more trendy, vintage or vintage-looking, etc... Gather pictures of the things you like, even if it's just a neckline here and a material there. Bring them into one of those fancy shops. Make an appointment if necessary. Show them what you like and they'll find dresses upon dresses for you and have 3 girls helping you put them on. You get to stand on a big platform with mirrors all around you. It's SO much fun. And here's the secret - you don't have to buy anything. This will just help you figure out what looks good on you, see what really works and probably find something you may not have even considered. Once you've got a better idea of your perfect dress it'll be much easier to keep looking.

God, I wish I could just shop for a living. I should be a personal shopper. As long as I oculd try on all the clothes.

I can be way girlie but I look awful in white, so I know exactly what you're talking about. If you're looking non-traditional, that can be done too. You'll just have to look a little harder.
A friend of mine actually found her dress at Macy's. In just the fancy dress department. She bought 2 of the dresses (for extra material) to have some alterations made to her specifications and it was GORGEOUS!
Some of the boutiques will have quite non-traditional stuff too. Just tell them what you want. It's their job to find it for you.

Well I do have an idea in my head..... I just cant seem to convey it right to paper, or to any seamstresss I have talked to. This is more of a pain in the ass than I thought

I didn't know you were getting married! Congrats! As far as a dress have someone make it for you!

If I ever get married it's going to be a red satin dress that's corseted...with a red veil!
