cool

Of course, now that I think about it, cash and money=kind of the same.

It's mainly about the hos. And the money is nice too, you know?

It's a lyric from the song 'Fake Tales of San Francisco' by the Arctic Monkeys. They are from Sheffield like myself and Hunter's Bar just so happens to be where I reside.

Mine's from 'An Architect's Dream' by Kate Bush.

I just love the way she sings it... dreamy and passionate. cloud9 And it's almost as if she's making an aside to the listener. It draws you in.

Plus it's a reminder to myself. Have that '+' sign today.

Your welcome.

It's one of my fave of the new-ish batch of kids' shows. They make a lot of references to pop culture and even politics that would be completely lost on the 6-12 year old set, but even this quote surprised me a little. I couldn't resist using it as my sig. smile

Lyrics from "Boats and Birds" by Gregory and the Hawk. Very sad, sweet song. It's about letting someone go, when it's time. It's about loving someone enough to just want to see them happy, even if it's not with you.

sad

My signature pays homage to Buddhism practising ant colonies and the freezers at slaughterhouses.

I just thought they needed a mention too.

Mine is from the song "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison...it's a very personal song for me...when I hear it...it reminds me of what it's like to be alive...it calls me back to living...and over the past few months I've needed to be reminded of that often...

We were born before the wind
Also younger than the sun
Ere the bonnie boat was won as we sailed into the mystic

Hark, now hear the sailors cry
Smell the sea and feel the sky
Let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic

And when that fog horn blows I will be coming home
And when that fog horn blows I want to hear it
I don’t have to fear it

I want to rock your gypsy soul
Just like way back in the days of old
Then magnificently we will float into the mystic

And when that fog horn blows you know I will be coming home
And when thst fog horn whistle blows I got to hear it
I don’t have to fear it

I want to rock your gypsy soul
Just like way back in the days of old
And together we will float into the mystic

Come on girl...

mine is a quote from Dr. Maya, I found it on one of those quotation sites. After reading a bunch of them I settled on this because I think it fit the personality of the org.

No, not really *smile*...it has to do with Vincent Van Gogh. As his depression and madness deepened, he shot himself in the chest to try and end his life. They're the words his brother Theo reported he had said right before dying: La tristesse durera toujours..."The sadness will last forever".
