It's not just my experiences i am talking about. I am talking about in general. From people i know, etc. You know that the small minority of women do that. Be honest.

i'm as honest as i can be without being offensive to you (ya know, the whole "manners" thing).

honestly, tell me what other concerns or interests you have in life - it seems like your life is centered around the women you can't get. surely you have other interests.

Admit that 95% of women do not do that stuff. Is it so painful to admit that i am right?

you're entitled to your opinion, no doubt. if this has been your experience, so be it, but that doesn't make it universally right.

my women friends have all sorts of backgrounds, some are more assertive, some less so. some have proposed, some haven't.

life is never black and white, as much as that would make things easier. i guess a good measure for one's outlook on life is - how is it working for you? if you're happy, great. if you want change in your life, make it happen by being a little introspective.

You are avoiding the issue. If few women are doing that stuff (Most will admit this is right) then they don't want equality.

You have no idea what equality is.

You say "I want the woman to pay" How is that equality surely either or both can.
You say "I want the woman to do the chasing" How is that equality surely either or both can.
You say "She must up to date with her views" and yet you are Spats.....how does that work? lol

You don't want equality you want to have it all on a plate.

so let me understand - you're saying that women don't receive equal pay, are fairly represented, and are neglected in medical research and treatment because they don't WANT to be equal?

you're projecting your own avoidance on me, my friend.

Just thought to ask, some women feel that it is a "girl's" or "feminine" holiday, while some guys (who are in relationships) feel like it doesn't hurt for females to splurge on them instead....what r ur thoughts on this???

It's overrated.
I don't want a present, don't give a present and we're not going out for dinner.

And we're absolutely fine biggrin

I think it's overrated, but I'm still a sucker for all that mushy stuff. I can live without it, but it's really, really nice to have someone show you they care.

While I don't need a day or a reason to be romantic, I enjoy spoiling women on this day. Usually with the most planned, intimate and relaxing environment as possible. Not because they expect it (cause they do no matter what they say) but because it's a day dedicated to romance. Not Halmark or Chocolate manufacturers.

Overrated? shrug
I've never understood this word in regards to things. Who are the "raters"? I'm a fan of independent thinking so whoever these authorities are that judge things, I can't hear you.

No am i saying they don't want to be equal in EVERYTHING. Just some things. Only when it suits them. Which hurts their cause.

You love to spoil a woman? Ugh. Dude, have some self respect. Don't give in.
